Scaligera South Coast

The history and charm of the Venetian coast

The Venetian side of Lake Garda was one of the fulcrums of the Scaligera supremacy and brings back its history thanks to the remains of various fortresses and castles that follow the lake coast. In fact, one of the best preserved examples can be found in the castle of Lazise, the fortress and the ramparts of Peschiera.

Besides history, another focal point of the Venetian shore of Lake Garda are the towns of Garda and Bardolino which characterize and enrich it also for the companies that produce oil and wine.
